Jennifer Aniston, in an exclusive interview today with PEOPLE, denied published reports that she and Vince Vaughn are engaged, calling the stories “insane” and saying that “people are getting fed a lot of bull.”

“I’m not engaged and I don’t have a ring and I haven’t been proposed to,” Aniston said in a telephone conversation she initiated to debunk the engagement rumors. “Normally we don’t even acknowledge these things because they’re endless, at this point, the thing that got me was that I was getting phone calls from Greece! My Aunt Mary in Greece is getting accused of lying! I mean, they’re getting angry.

“My dad calls and he says, ‘Honey, it’s on the CNN crawl,’ and I’m going, ‘Wait a second!’ When it starts to travel over into the Today show and CNN and supposedly reliable and accurate news programs, then you just go, ‘This is insane.’ People are getting fed a lot of bull.”

See, she hasn’t even been proposed to. I wonder why? Is Vince holding out for something better?

Tobey Maguire’s fiancée has been given a boost as she embarks on a career as a jeweler–Jennifer Aniston is a big fan of her designs. The former Friends star has been spotted wearing one of Jennifer Meyer’s necklaces as she promotes new movie The Break-Up and the future Mrs. Maguire is thrilled.

Meyer says, “I hit the jackpot. If somebody said, ‘Who do you aspire to wear your jewelry?’ I would have said Jen.”

BRAD Pitt (above) fired a pregnant employee from his production company because she dared speak out on behalf of his estranged wife, Jennifer Aniston. Pitt, 41, was furious that Aniston’s pal Kristin Hahn - an exec with Plan B (the film company he and Aniston, 36, founded in 2002) � told Vanity Fair it would be “beyond painful” for the actress to see Pitt and girlfriend Angelina Jolie, 30, have a baby together. An Us Weekly source claims Pitt “screamed” at Hahn, claiming she violated her contract by speaking about him without his approval - although Aniston had given hers. Hahn claims the departure was “amicable.”

Pissing off your boss is always a bad career move. Or so I’ve heard.

First she got jacked by a panty sniffer and now she’s getting “congenial visits” from the delusional. It never gets boring to be Jennifer Aniston, does it?

A man who allegedly walked into Jennifer Aniston’s home and said he was looking for the actress was arrested Thursday for investigation of trespassing, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.

David Hesterbey, 48, of Santa Barbara was arrested by sheriff’s deputies who found him walking along the beach near Aniston’s home around noon, authorities said.

Sheriff’s Sgt. Ken Scheurn said two of Aniston’s employees told deputies a man walked into the actress’ home on the Pacific Coast Highway north of Los Angeles and told one of them he was “looking for Jennifer.”

When the second employee confronted the man, he became startled and fled the house, jumping a fence and running toward the beach, authorities said.

That’s what happens when you date Vince Vaughn… every moron thinks you’re an easy lay.

First she ended her TV show. Then her marriage. And now she’s determined to end what’s left of her fizzling career:

According to Sky News, the cast of the smash-sitcom [Friends] are being roped into a tell-all retrospective doco on the hit series. Everyone but Jennifer Aniston has agreed to do it.

A scooper tells the site, “All the cast members are up for a documentary based on the show which would have featured exclusive interviews with the cast � all except Jennifer Aniston. Rumour is she is still too distraught about the split from hubby Brad Pitt while others cite the fact that she wants to move away from her Rachel image for good.

Umm, okay, I think Jen doesn’t really understand how popular ‘Friends’ is. I mean, how do you move away from an image that is part of a show that is on TV every friggin’ day?!

Good God, this Brad/Angelina/Jennifer triangle of lovely lust is like the gossip equivalent of warm milk-n’-cookies.

TO add fuel to Jennifer Aniston’s sad fire, there are now reports that Angelina Jolie’s adopted son, Maddox (above), calls Brad Pitt “daddy.” According to Us Weekly, while filming an Edwin Jeans commercial for the Japanese market in Lancaster, Calif., Maddox started crying for Pitt, yelling, “Where’s my daddy?”

Who needs sugar in their coffee when you can start your day with sweets like these!?

Yeah, I think that pretty much captures the gist of Vanity Fair’s upcoming Jennifer Aniston interview:

Aniston’s pals say Pitt checked out of the marriage as soon as he met Jolie on the set of “Mr. & Mrs. Smith.” They note that he even failed to make the taping of her final episode of “Friends.” When she reached out for her husband’s support, she says, “He just wasn’t there for me.”

Does Aniston buy his claim that he didn’t cheat on her before they separated?

“I choose to believe my husband,” says Aniston, who nevertheless was hurt by that W magazine portfolio of Pitt and Jolie playing husband and wife.

“There’s a sensitivity chip that’s missing [in him],” she says. “I can … imagine Brad having absolutely no clue why people would be appalled by it.”
